Island hopping - Pulau Seribu

Pulau Seribu is a little archipelago 30 km north from Jakarta. The islands are quite small, some of them are too small to be inhabited, some of them belong to private owners (!). I took a boat from filthy and incredibly smelly little harbor called Muara Angke. I have never in my life smelt so much fish and other, supposedly rotten so-called seafood. The place dodgy to the max and fishermen call you 'mister' which is quite hilarious. I also met there pirates, well, not real pirates, rather people who live on a boat and basically spend their whole lives around Muara Angke. Once you leave bay, the view becomes more clear, water cleaner and you can discover that area around Jakarta can be actually stunning.
